Bon appétit!

We are grateful for our kitchen staff, who make it possible for our students to start their lessons energized.

In the kitchen and the cafeteria building, fresh meals are cooked daily for the children. Here, warm meals are prepared that structure the school day and provide the children with energy, security, and a sense of community.
The cooking is done primarily with local ingredients, most of which are grown or produced on-site. This results in balanced, nutritious dishes that follow regional eating habits while also meeting the children's health needs.
The kitchen is therefore much more than a place for providing food: it combines nutrition, sustainability, and learning, showing the children the importance of healthy food and a conscious use of resources.
