Ayo has over 15 years of experience in marketing, market research, as well as social and health research. He is from Ibadan and coordinates the collaboration between Germany and Nigeria. He ensures that the children receive emotional support and are promoted according to high educational standards.

Florian has been politically active for years, focusing on development, economic, and sustainability issues. As an internationally active management consultant, he is responsible at GENICO for strategic planning as well as marketing and internationalization.

Barbara is the managing director of a market research company and brings over 30 years of experience in market research and social work. Following an influential stay in Nigeria, she founded the association in 2017 and, as a founder and board member, oversees collaborations with other aid organizations.

Julia is a media expert with extensive experience as an executive producer and editor at both private and public broadcasters. Her international travels and her background in social sciences led her to co-found GENICO e.V. in 2017, with the aim of actively contributing to humanitarian aid.

Bolanle is a trained microbiologist and nutrition scientist with professional experience in the food industry. As a mother of four children, she oversees the educational planning and social affairs at the GENICO boarding school on site.

Since his first trip to Nigeria in 2012, Michael has been pursuing the goal of establishing a sustainable social project on site. With his experience in mechanical engineering, market research, and construction, he is responsible for the construction planning and for communicating with the local people.
